Week 1 – 2015 Durham Forest Race Series

Big thanks to everyone for coming out for our first race of the 2015 season!

The 10km “Icebreaker preview” course made for a tough season opener. The course length combined with our later start resulted in a few racers coming in at dark, all of whom were troopers for staying the course no matter the difficulty! We’ll ensure that we don’t have a repeat situation next week, as we speed our registration process and improve next week’s course, possible making it lap-friendly. Nonetheless, all racers deserve a win after that one!

REMINDER:

We’ll be returning to Skytop for one more race next week and then to Woodnewton for Week 3. We’ll be returning to Durham Forest for the season on Week 4.
